Why is my tracking showing a delivery estimate outside of the shipping timeframes advertised?Updated 2 months ago
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, any delivery estimates shown in the tracking are based on their current processing and transit times which may differ from the timeframes we advertise at checkout.
Delays can sometimes occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Weather disruptions
- Volume in carrier's network (during peak sale periods)
